Deoiled Lecithin

OBJECTIVE:

Deoiled Lecithin is a highly functional, yet competitively priced lecithin product. Deoiled Lecithin is a rich source of phospholipids and is easy to handle. Some of the functions of Deoiled Lecithin include emulsification, stabilization, dispersibility, blending aid. Not only does Deoiled Lecithin help materials disperse in aquaculture, but also act as emulsifiers in food products such as chocolate and baked goods.
